Pernilla Persson Hardin
In memorium
Thirty years after Pernilla Hardin moved from her hometown Hudiksvall in Sweden, to Atlanta in the US, Peter Fagerhov’s phone in Gnarp got a call. On the other line was his early childhood neighbor and play mate. She had dreamt of arranging camps in Sweden and needed somewhere to be and someone to do it with. Peter and his wife Anna got very excited because it fitted perfectly with the vision they had. One year later the first ACTS Camp took place at the church where Peter and Anna are pastors, Nordanstigs Kristna Center in Gnarp.

The Pernilla Hardin Scholarship
Do you want to come to camp but can’t afford it?
In honor of the late Pernilla Persson Hardin, Co-Founder of Acts Camp, we have opened a trust fund as a way to let her vision continue to be a blessing for future generations. Her dream was to create a safe space where anyone regardless of background can come to have fun, connect and grow closer to God.
So, if you want to be a camper or a leader this summer but have financial difficulties, reach out to us and we will do our best to help you with parts of or the whole sum!

Terms & Conditions

Age limit
The allowed age for campers attending is 13-19 years.
If you turn 13 this year but after camp you can still attend camp.
​
Participation
If you are attending camp we expect you to partake in all activities on the agenda (workshops, afternoon activities and team challenges).
​
Substance addiction
We have a strict policy against any type of smoking, vaping, snus, alcohol and illegal drugs. It is forbidden to use any of the listed above on substances on all camp areas.
